The grapes of this great Syrah grow in the area of Monreale-Palermo. The red wine is left to mature for 12 months in barriques and then for 6 months in the bottle. This pure Syrah has a dark red crimson colour. The wine is a real culinary delight. A round bouquet with the scent of fruits of the wood and a pungent rich taste with well-balanced tannins. Good companion to white meat, roast, game and mild cheese.
