Il Volano Il Molino di Grace is a cuvee of 70% Sangiovese oand 30% Cannaiolo. Ih has a powerful rubyred colour and multi-layered fruity aromas. It reminds of dark cherries and berries. There is a good balance of acidity and tannin structure. Alcoholic content 12,5%. good with pasta, pizza and pork.
