The grapes of this red wine come exclusively from owned vineyards in the locality Campo alla Sughera. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot get into this wine with variable portions. Both type of grapes are left to mature separately in once used barriques of French oak. Before bottling the final assemblage takes place. Then the wine is left to mature for 4 months in the bottle. The wine has an intense rubyred colour. It has notes of redcurrant, pomegranate, sweet spices and vanilla. The smooth Adeo gives a long lasting and harmonious taste. Alcoholic content 14%. Good with meat and poultry, mushrooms, soups and medium riped cheese.
