A typical Gavi like it should be. A pure Cortese which profits of the microclimate of the San Pietro vineyards. The Gavi is left to mature in high-grade steel tanks. It has a dark straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. This Gavi San Pietro has a gracefully built scent of flowers, apricot and peach with a touch of mint in the final. It has a fruity taste which reminds of ripe apples und exotic fruit. Alcoholic content 12 - 12,5%. Corresponds well to white meat and fish.
