This is a fresh and fruity red wine of Veneto: 40% Corvina, 20% Corvinone and a yearly happy interplay of Rondinella, Molinara and Sangiovese give this red wine of Brigaldara its inimitable flavour. 40% wine which has been produced according to the Ripasso method is added. This means that the ordinary Valpolicella is again put on the must of the Amarone. The flavour and the taste of the wine is strenghtened by this again. Alcoholic content 13,5%. Good with beef- and pork roast and grilled vegetable.
