2009 Gravello IGT Val di Neto

Gravello is a cuvee of 60% Gaglioppo and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It is left to mature for 12 months in barrique kegs to give it its unmistakable structure. the colour is a full, dark red with purpurn reflections. The nose reminds you of black berries. Teh taste is full, round, velvety with tinges of cooked plums and sweet liquorice. At the end there is marvellous, long lasting final. Alcoholic content 13%. Good with any game dish.
