2010 Vermentino DOC

This pure Vermentino comes from the most picturesque vineyards of the Ligurian coast, the Riviera Ligure di Ponente in West-Liguria. The Vermentino has a straw-yellow colour with greenish hues. It is left to mature for 6 months in steel tanks. The nose is reached by delicate fruit aromas with a touch of apple. The taste is smooth and structured, almondy and luscious. The vinification is six months in steel tanks on the yeast with batonage. Alcoholic content 13%. Perfect with shellfish, fish and mixed sea-grills.
