This pure Pigato comes from one of the nicest vineyards of the Ligurian coast. In the western part where the coast and small villages look most beautiful. The wine is left to mature for 6 months in steel tanks on the yeast with batonage. The colour of Pigato is straw-yellow with golden reflections. On the nose the wine is expansive and fruity and hints at peaches. The taste is soft and lingering with appealing varietal aftertaste reminiscent of the seaside. Alcoholic content 13%. Good with any sea-fish based course.
