Francones Barolo vineyard is named Rocca e Sarmassa and is situated in the community of La Morra. Barolo is made purely of the Nebbiolo grape. The red wine gets its peace while it is ageing for 30 months in oak casks and additional 12 months on the bottle. Francone Barolo has a strong rubyred colour with garnet reflections. It pleases the wine gourmet with a comprehensive, intense and ethereal scent with tinges of vanilla, cacao and spices. The taste is dry with light tannins. Alcoholic content 14%.
