This Vernaccia di San Gimginano by Simone Santini has got the Bio-certification. It has a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The bouquet is flowery and fruity. It comes across very elegant and rather strong. You realize touches of tropical and exotic fruit like pineapple. You taste immediately a pleasant acidity whicht gives the wine its freshness. The taste is pronounced and fruity. In the final there is a nice touch of bitter almond and a sligth bitter shade. Its aroma lasts long on the palate.
