Cornalin is an autochthonous type of grape of the Aosta valley which ripens late. Its colour is rubyred with violet reflections. Cornalin is of great finesse in scent and intense and longlasting in taste. There is a great variety of intense scents of herbs of the mountains. A dry red white with pleasant freshness. Cornalin has smooth, well integrated tannins and offers a broad variety of flavour. A red wine with great character which reminds in taste of ripe, red fruits. Good with any sausage or meat from Aosta valley.
