Blaufränkisch THE red wine of Burgenland with full character, fiery, robust wines. The wine comes from the layers on the west side of Neusiedlersee (municipality winds and Jois). The cool air flows from the Leitha Mountains, and the slow fall in the Final strength, promote the depth and aroma. Dark ruby in color, fruity, fiery flavor, reminiscent of ripe, crunchy cherries and currants, dense and spicy in flavor with the fire of Gamay, remains long on the palate, subtle aftertaste, relatively mild.
12.4% vol, 1.2 g / l residual sugar, 5.1 g / l acid.
Blaufränkisch goes well with red meats and game and hard cheeses.
