This Rosé is made from the indigenous, autochthonous varietal Gaglioppo and the Cabernet Franc grape newly introduced in Calabria. The newcomer brings beautiful fruit tones in the wine that will find a very nice expression. But also affects the taste and color of the new variety is positive. The short contact between juice and grape skins before pressing prevents the leaching of color and bitter substances, the result is a nice rose wine with a bright coral color and an intense fruit flavor. On the palate it looks dry, with a pronounced, very unique character. It is velvety, balanced with good structure and acidity brings freshness to it, without being intrusive.
