This elegant Chardonnay grows on loamy soil in Margreid which is rich of limestone. The grape juice ferments in small oak kegs. After the biological process of reducing acidity the wine is stored for 11 months. Thers is a scent of pineapple and toast. The harmonious wealth and structure and the long final characterize this wine. Alcoholic content 13,8%. Corresponds well with white meat, grilled fish and ripe cheese.
