These Chardonnay grapes of  Borgo Maragliano have its origin both from the Crevoglio- and Pian Muciot sites. A wonderful foam and a light sparkling do enjoy the wine gourmet. The colour of the wine is a shining straw yellow. The nose experiences a pleasant and calming ripeness. The adventure of taste is full bodied, lively and well-balanced. Alcoholic content 11,5%. Perfect as aperitif, with fish and curd cheese. Try with vegetable in puff pastries.
