A Cuvee does not need to be a compromise: this Cuvee of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 15% Schioppetino is proving it. After 12 months in small and great casks of Slovenian oak a great wine enters the world. The colour is granate red with reflections of brick red. The wine convinces with its well-balanced scent of wood. A warm and concentrated scent of red fruits, sour cherries and hay makes friendship with the wine gourmet for a lifetime. On the palate the Vignaricco comes across dry with impressions of sweet liquorice and fruits of the wood in the final. The wine may be stored for at least 8 years and gets better and better. Alcoholic content 13%. Good with pot roast, game and poultry.
