Area of applicability

For business relations between Weinkommissar, Friedrichstr. 20, D-53111 Bonn and his customers only the following terms and conditions apply. Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions Weinkommissar does not ackknowledge and disagrees heryby explicitly. Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer will only apply if Weinkommissar agrees explicitly and in writing.

Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the products in the online-shop is no legally binding offer, but a legally non-binding online catalogue. After entering your personal data and by clicking the button "send order" in the final step of the ordering process you hand in a legally binding order of the goods in your basket of goods. The confirmation of the receipt of the order takes place immediately after sending off the order. The bill of sales is reached with our delivery confirmation or the delivery of the goods. If you have not received a delivery confirmation or delivery by us you are not bound anymore to your order. If the vintage you order is not available any more Weinkommissar is entitled to deliver the subsequent vintage at the same price.

Part delivery

We are entitled to part deliveries if this is not unreasonable to you. Additional shipping cost only arise if explicitly agreed.

Reservation of proprietary rights

For delivered goods Weinkommissar keeps the ownership until the final settling of the invoice.

Terms of payment:

We offer the following types of payment:

 Right of revocation

You can revocate your statement of agreement within two weeks without giving reasons in writing ( email to wein@weinkommissar.de, fax to +492285506922, letter ) or by returning the goods. This does not apply if you have acted in the pursuance of a freelancing or commercial professional activity ( orders by entrepreneurs ). The period of time starts with reception of the goods. To meet this period you only need to send off the goods or the revocation in due time. The goods or revocation has to be sent to: Weinkommissar, Friedrichstr. 20, D-53111 Bonn.

You have to carry the cost of returning if the delivered goods correspond to the order and if the price of the goods does not exceed Euro 40.-  For higher prices of the goods you have also to carry the cost of returning if you have not yet raised the return favour.

Effects of revocation

In case a revocation becomes effective both sides have to give back the received goods and payments. If you cannot give back the received goods entirely or partly or if you can give them back only in a deteriorated condition you have to offer us indemnification respectively. If at all possible the goods are to be shipped back in original packaging. Please use the most reasonable way of shipment. We will immediately refund you for shipping cost.
